What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer rights. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
How do I request a return?
Contact us by email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
What if my product is damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
