Where we ship
We ship to Belgium and across the European Union (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and more). Contact us if you want to be notified when we add it. For destinations outside the EU, contact us first: we will confirm feasibility, customs rules, and a shipping quote case by case.
Production and dispatch time
Every riser is produced locally in Belgium. We hold a small buffer stock of our current range
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment.
- Made-to-order items (custom colours, less common sizes): add 3 to 7 business days of production before dispatch. If we expect a longer delay, we will contact you before charging.
We are a small team and print each riser to order when stock runs low. We would rather tell you about a delay than miss a promise.
Delivery time after dispatch
These are typical delivery windows from carrier pickup, not guarantees:
- Belgium: 2 to 4 business days
- Netherlands, France, Germany: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 4 to 7 business days
Carrier delays caused by strikes, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside our control, but we will keep you informed if something goes wrong.
Carriers and tracking
Orders leave Belgium through our shipping partner Sendcloud, which hands the parcel to the best-suited carrier for your destination. The active carriers include bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay. The selection may evolve as we optimise rates and delivery times. You choose at checkout between home delivery or a pickup point near you, and the exact carrier is shown before you pay.
As soon as the parcel is collected, you receive a tracking number by email. One riser ships per parcel (each riser weighs under 1.5 kg), which keeps costs predictable.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight. Promotional free shipping offers may run from time to time. They will be shown at checkout when active.
Damage in transit
If your riser arrives damaged, email us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We arrange a replacement or a full refund at your choice, at no extra cost. You do not need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Lost parcels
If tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, contact us. We open a carrier investigation and either re-ship or refund once the investigation closes.
