2. Acceptance

By placing an order on cirkleplanet.com, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Our products

Our risers are designed and 3D-printed in Belgium from ABS filament. Each riser is inspected before dispatch. Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing (layer lines, small surface imperfections) are part of the process and are not defects.

Our product is a stand that raises gravity water filters such as Berkey-branded systems and similar filters so that a bottle, carafe, or jug fits under the tap. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Berkey or any other filter manufacturer. References to other brands (for example, "compatible with the Big Berkey") are purely descriptive references to help you pick the right size.

Custom orders (non-catalogue colours, bespoke sizes, or any modification we make to your specifications) are subject to a specific exception to the 14-day withdrawal right — see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

4. Orders and pricing

  • Prices are displayed in EUR and, where applicable, include 21% Belgian VAT.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a correction affects your order, we contact you before charging and offer you the choice to confirm or cancel.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in case of suspected fraud, ordering from sanctioned destinations, or bulk resale without our agreement.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and supported providers (cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not see or store your card details — those are handled by the payment processor.

8. Intellectual property

The CirklePlanet brand, logo, product designs (registered at EUIPO), website copy, photographs, and the water-drop pattern are the property of Cirkle Planet SRL. You may not reproduce, copy, manufacture, or sell reproductions of our designs without written consent.

9. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or bypass the site's security or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or harvest content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
  • Post content or submit forms containing unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by Belgian law.

11. Consumer rights not affected

Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian or EU law. In case of inconsistency between these terms and those rights, the statutory rights prevail.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you reside. Consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at cirkleplanet.com/policies/terms-of-service with a "last updated" date. Material changes are flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
